Chef Aaron was born and raised in Mabalacat, Pampanga — a province so deeply woven into Philippine culinary identity that it's simply known as the food capital of the Philippines. Growing up in the heart of Kapampangan country, he was surrounded by some of the region's most celebrated cooks. Long before he had a title or a catering business, Aaron was learning at the elbows of masters — absorbing techniques, tasting real flavors, and understanding that food cooked with intention tastes completely different from food that's just prepared.

Pampanga's cuisine is legendary for a reason. The province gave the world sisig, perfected the lechon, and elevated everyday ingredients into something extraordinary. For Aaron, this wasn't a culinary school education — it was childhood. That upbringing became the foundation of everything he cooks today.

After years of refining his craft and building a reputation in Las Vegas's Filipino community, Aaron launched Sarap Lasa by Daddy A's — named with love, built on tradition. He has now served over 500 events across Las Vegas and the surrounding valley, from intimate backyard baptisms to grand wedding receptions.
